Heartland Center has facilities and services to meet your needs!

Because the Center is open seven days a week, year round, we can accommodate events lasting several hours or several days.

In addition to overnight accommodations and meeting spaces for both large and small groups, the Center also provides meals.

Meeting Room Accommodations

• Large Conference Room (accommodates 40 people)
• Classroom (accommodates 15 people)
• Auditorium (accommodates 220 people)

Meeting Room Pricing

Meeting room pricing ranges from $65 to $115 per day depending upon the size of your group. In addition to spaces listed above, the Center also offers:

• Break out rooms: $25/day or $15/half day
• Fourth floor lounge: $40/day or $25/half day

Meeting Add-on Options

Rented Projector: $25/hour or $50/day
Meals

• Breakfast – $8
• Lunch – $12
• Supper – $10
• Sunday Brunch – $10

Overnight Accommodations

Single Occupancy Room – $40
Double Occupancy Room – $30 per person

Hospitality Fees

Includes room set-up, coffee, tea and purified water: $1.00 per person per day, minimum of $10 per group per day.
